We began this program the first of August. Thanks to some generous members, our first month’s awards were a success and we honestly believe it will grow as times goes on. The Employees are all excited about the Program and look forward to receiving notification they received a nomination when they are opened. The winners are kept a secret until awarded.
The first awards were given out at the September Board of Directors meeting and I believe it was the highlight of the meeting. I’ve listed the winners below and some trivia about the nominations. Some of the nominations in August were very heartwarming and meant a lot to the employees who received them. A booklet of the August nominations is available at the Clubhouse. Just ask at the Ranch office window to see them when you are here.

SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR MEMBERS ON HOW YOU CAN MAKE OUR FUTURE MONTHLY AWARDS A SUCCESS:
All memberships will be receiving Good Job Forms in their 3rd Quarter Newsletter very soon. Fill out those forms and send them to the Ranch Office in an envelope marked “Employee Nomination.
Not sure what employee to nominate? No problem. Fill out a form and designate ALL employees. Include any amount you wish as an entry fee. This amount will be added 100% to the awarded funds for that month.
Although we do not have prizes for 2nd and 3rd place nominations, I would like to recognize them by gathering gift basket items from Members to present to the 2nd & 3rd Place employees. If you have a business and have items you would like to donate, please send them to the Ranch Office marked Attention: Employee Appreciation. Items such as gift cards (Wal-Mart, restaurants, etc.) will be greatly appreciated, as well.
If you have questions regarding the Employee Appreciation Program here at C9R, please call the Ranch Office and leave a message for me (Kadye Ward) and I will return the call.
We are forming a committee of employees to help decide what type of awards would be appropriate, and how they want their appreciation program to be handled. More on this later! I have to clear an idea that I have with this committee and ranch management, but I would like to have a spot on the website to feature employees from time to time so that even the employees hidden back in the work areas of the Ranch will become familiar faces to members. More on this later!! YOUR COMMENTS on this idea and any suggestions to honor our C9R employees will be appreciated.
Nominations are down a bit for this month. This was expected due to not as many members visiting the Ranch this time of year. So, mail your nominations today, or if you are on the Ranch, please locate a Good Job Form and fill it out. Remember that 100% of the funds collected are awarded to the employees.
THERE’S ONLY A FEW DAYS LEFT FOR SEPTEMBER NOMINATIONS.
PUT IT ON YOUR CALENDAR TO REMEMBER OUR EMPLOYEES
